“ I was served the complimentary Miso Soup and it smells and tastes like tap water. I also ordered hot green tea and thankfully it doesn't taste like that. I ordered the dynamite roll which was fresh and tasty. ”

The restaurant is clean and warm with all the wood inside (even the bathrooms are nice). They gave us free toasted green tea (ridiculously good) and miso to start with which already made them stand out to me. And they give you a stamp card for loyalty points - worth $10! I mean all those perks are nice, and they feel like the cherry on top of what is a great sushi place. Considering how some of the options in the Walnut Creek area are lacking.. this is so nice. I really can’t recommend this place enough - I’ve not enthusiastically written a review like this in a while. So happy we found this place. ”
